42. Journaling Through Tough Seasons

Transitions, or 'tough seasons', can be paralyzing. It's tempting to even give up and lose yourself. I'm here to validate what you're going through + provide journal prompts so that you stay true to yourself and live intentionally.

Journal Prompts:

  1. Define what consistency looks like for you?
  2. What is weighing heaviest on your mind/heart right now? The goal of journaling through this: relief. So ask questions about it..what, why, the meaning, "braindump" it all.
  3. For the person who is afraid of what she might discover in her journal, ask yourself:
    • “What am I afraid to uncover if I dig into this area of my life?”
    • “What is the worst case scenario if I dont address this area?”
