Social media keeps reminding me of a big moment in my life that happened 4 years ago. In this episode, I share how different my life is since then: going from married, pregnant and moving from Maine to North Carolina TO moving back up to New York, getting a divorce and starting 2 businesses.

I then share the 4 biggest emotions I’ve faced since then & how I processed them. 

I also touch on the first time I remember using my voice in a powerful way and the unexpected (not positive) outcome.
