68. How To Start Journaling Through Triggering Emotions

Are you wanting to start creating some better daily habits to help you navigate triggering emotions? When people start to journal, they usually start because they either want to create a healthier routine or they have A LOT of emotional stuff going on in their life. (AKA: ISH) I'm here for the ISH.

In this episode, I walk you through a journal prompt flow to journal through anxiety, frustration, hopelessness, anger, and so much more.

Here's the journal prompt flow...

1. Think about all the different areas of your life and just start writing

2. Why do these areas of your life feel heavy right now?

3. Have they always felt heavy? If yes: where did you adopt this from? If no, when did you start feeling it?

4. If this has been a situation that’s been going on a while, could it be benefiting you by staying this way?

5. In an ideal world, what would this particular situation be or feel like?

6. What can I do to inch closer to that? (Do, Plan, Talk, Short/Long term)
